Overview
Reclaim is a 0-to-1 behavioral fintech product I conceived, designed, and implemented. Instead of adding another dashboard, I created a weekly decision system that helps people choose one financial priority, commit to an action, and track a measurable outcome.
My Role & Scope
As Product Owner and UX Designer, I owned the product strategy, UX architecture, interaction design, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and implementation across Home, Spending, Goals, AI Coach, and debt experiences. I took the product from concept to a working experience in September 2026.
Problem
Most financial tools explain what happened without helping people decide what to do next. Competing goals and data-heavy dashboards often leave users informed—but still unsure which action matters most.

Strategy
I designed Reclaim around one behavioral loop: identify the highest-impact priority, turn it into a realistic weekly commitment, and reinforce that commitment across Home, Spending, Goals, AI Coach, and debt experiences.
Key Decisions
Limit the experience to one active weekly commitment to reduce competing priorities.
Translate spending data into a clear financial truth: what changed, why it matters, and what to do next.
Use AI Coach to reinforce the chosen action—not overwhelm users with endless recommendations.

Outcome
The result was a working end-to-end fintech experience that turns scattered financial signals into one clear weekly action. Home, Spending, Goals, AI Coach, and debt tools operate as one connected decision system rather than separate dashboards.
